The Chairman of the Egbeda All Progressives Congress, Comrade Olawale Olaleye has called Nigerians to co-operate with the Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration for a continued peace in the country.

Speaking to newsmen at the occasion of the 2025 Xmas and New Year Celebration held at his Oluwo-Egbeda Residence on Thursday, Olaleye noted that the birth of Jesus Christ has greatly brought peace, progress and unity to the mankind, and must not be truncated by any means by any man.

He noted that 2026 is a year of fresh glory, recounting the  an unexpected rain on the New Year Eve, describing it as rarity and a good omen in Nigeria.

Commending the impacting leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC Chieftain said APC has really proved to be the only party of peace and economic ease since 1999.

He noted that for the first time the country's inflation went down to 14.4percent as recorded in October National Bureau of Statistics' Report with its reflection on both fuel and prices of foods.

" For the first time, Nigeria moved into a new year with no up in the prices of fuel, and prices of food- an unprecedented record so far since 1999. Our leader and President of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubub owes this credits.", he said.

While appreciating Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Lawmaker, Akin Alabi and Oyo Central Senator, Dr. Yunus Akintunde for making insightful socio- economic and legislative impacts, Olaleye called Nigerians to further co-operate with the present administration to sustain the reigning peace and progress even beyond 2031.

Meanwhile, the corporate financial and political expert appreciated the unflinching support and  co-operation of leaders in Egbeda All Progressives' Congress including Baba Suaura Legbeda, Hon. Biliaminu Ogundele, Adeboje Murewa, Adebowale Amoo, ward chairmen, local executives, Avant Garde Support Group, all aspirants, youths and other members all through 2025.

He appealed for an improved co-operation in 2026 for the party as local, state and national congresses are billed for 2026 March and as well strengthened party's membership ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
