The Avant Garde group of the All Progressives Congress has felicitated Director General of Akin Alabi Campaign Organization, Hon. Adebowale Amoo and Women Leader in Egbeda APC, Hon. Aderonke Adedeji as the two politicians turn a year older on Sunday 4 January, 2026.

The group, in a statement signed by its chairman, Tayo Olatunji and Secretary, Oluwafemi Ogundiran on Sunday, described the two politicians as iconic grassrooters.

The group noted that the celebrants have consistently made indelible mark in ensuring due democratic dividends reach the grassroots across the Egbeda Local Government Area of Oyo State.

"There is no gainsaying that Hon.' Debo Amoo and Hon. Aderonke Adedeji are iconic grassrooters. These two are a source of grassroots development, particularly in Egbeda Local Government Area. The development within the party and wards are not outside their dealings", the group remarked.

While praying for good health and wealth more for the two iconic grassrooters, the group urged them to continue in their very known dispositions, saying history will not forget them.
