Award winning journalist, Olawale Ogunbusola has resigned his working role as a State House Correspondent and Presenter from Prince 89.7FM.
In a statement personally signed by the broadcast journalist who is also an author, a social commentator and an educationist, made available to newsmen on Tuesday, Ogunbusola stated that he resigned for self-development having served the medium for the past two and a half years and 19 days with admiring and remarkable achievements.
He noted that his resignation was equally received and approved in line with the job standard with the media house.
" Sir, it should be well stated that my working from June 15, 2023 until the end of December 30, 2025 has remained productively remarkable, and admiring, yet there is the need for self-development for more global reckoning. This calls for my informed resignation.", he recounted.
"I really appreciate the staff and management, particularly, Dr. Babatunde Balogun Oruomeniowo, Pastor Adewale Adeiwa for the always warmth and flexible leadership. Thank you, sir", he added.
The versatile broadcast journalist who had worked with number of Ibadan-based media houses including Topadis TV/Iroyin Agbaye News, Agidigbo 88.7FM, IBR 92.5FM, King 103.9FM, among others, acknowledged that the medium had served as a platform for talent and annual education's initiative characterization, citing that the resignation will make him develop for more global reckoning.
The bilingual broadcast journalist who had explored some West African countries including the Republic of Benin, Togo, and Ghana and some others, appreciated Dr. Babatunde Balogun Oruomeniowo and Apostle Adewale Adeiwa who hold the helms of the medium, adding that his successful working was possible through extended co-operation of the entire staff and management, saying', My appreciations remain huge to every staff and management of this radio station, I will never take this for granted.', he said.
Reacting, Prince FM's Management led by Dr. Babatunde Balogun Oruomeniowo emphasized on the dedication and best service delivery of Olawale Ogunbusola, wishing him success in his future endeavours.

Meanwhile, Olawale Ogunbusola, who is also, a fellow of the Eccolerite Institute For Peace Advancement appreciated his wife, children, parents, friends, fans, and audience home and overseas for their continued support, prayers, and trust, promising a renewed media delivery across the World's Media space in the coming days.
