Discipline, party supremacy must reign across wards- Egbeda APC

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local Government, Comrade Olawale Olaleye has reiterated the need for discipline across the eleven  wards of the council, saying party supremacy remains sancrosanct.

He stated this at the Tuesday's critical Stakeholders Meeting held at the Local Government Party Secretariat, Opposite Toun Hospital, Iwo Road, Ibadan.

Comrade Olaleye who commended the unity efforts of every member of the party across the eleven (11) wards of the council, saying this has forced the Seyi Makinde's ruling People's Democratic Party to accountability.

The APC chieftain while lauding Federal lawmaker, Akin Alabi's outstanding representation, social  empowerment and facilitation of various projects including the instant reconstruction of Alakia-Celica- Ogungbade- New Ife-Road, called every member to imbibe discipline, as party supremacy remains sacrosanct in any choice of aspirants nomination, screening and flag bearing now or in future.

Earlier, the Director-General, Akin Alabi Campaign Organization and Egbeda APC stalwart, Hon. Debo Amoo appealed to residents of Egbeda, over the New Ife Road Expressway rehabilitation for patience and co-operation, saying the response has been due to well representation of Hon. Akin Alabi.

While commending Hon. Akin Alabi's continued road and solar lights facilitation across the Egbeda/ Ona- Ara Federal Constituency,  he  added that residents of Ward 8 should be hopeful of democratic dividends which the current PDP led local government has failed them. 

He tackled the Seyi Makinde led government for neglecting the residents of Owobaale,  describing it as failure to give rise to the local government autonomy, adding that the Owobaale Road has been assured of construction by Hon. Akin Alabi in the coming weeks.
