UI Don, Prof. Ayeleru hosts PAN-AFRICAN LEADERSHIP over October SUMMIT

The immediate former Director/CEO of Nigeria French Language Village (NFLV), Badagry, Lagos and a renowned Scholar of French Language, Applied Linguistics and African Literatures at the Department of European Studies, University of Ibadan,
Professor Lateef hosted the team at the Nigeria's Premier University, University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria on Friday.
The meeting was in preparation of African Stewardship and Leadership Empowerment Initiative (AFSTAD-LEIN) in preparation for PAN-AFRICAN LEADERSHIP SUMMIT slated for 1st and 3rd, October, 2025 at Abuja, Nigeria.
Speaking, the Global Co-ordinator, Ambassador Saheed Hammed highlighted the Don's roles in academic and exemplary commitment towards the aggresive transformation of NFLV, Badagry as the Director General between 2020 and 2025.
He described him as a quiet achiever, while supporting the Co-ordinator's view, Dr. Adetayo Adegunju appreciated him by buttressing the Global Coordinator.
He urged him to continue on his amazing part, special prayer session was held for Prof. Ayeleru by Ambassador Gladys Arokoyo and Ambassador Hassan Mansur.
In his response, Prof. Lateef Ayeleru appreciated the Global Coordinator for always finding him worthy, pledging his readiness to support the Organisation in anyway he might be needed.
He emphasized the need to unite Africa and the role French Language can play in the overall development of Africa, he also urge Nigerians to take full advantage of having Francophone countries as neighbours.
