Egbeda APC Chairman, Avant Garde felicitate Muslim Ummah, call for continued prayers for leaders, optimism

The Chairman of the All Progressives' Congress in Egbeda Local Government Area of Oyo State, Comrade Olawale Olaleye has felicitated the Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Eid-Al Adha Celebration.

In his felicitation message on Friday, the Egbeda APC chairman noted that the festival is an expression of sacrifice, faith and trust of Prophet Ibrahim, years ago, while the test of faith led to human sacrifice replacement by ram until now.

The APC chieftain, who felicitated Muslim Ummah for another symbolic celebration of Eid-Al Adha across the World, said the good example set by Prophet Ibrahim should be consistently followed for a better society.

He said,' What is missing in our society is the consequential deviation from the basic virtues exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, (Peace and honour be unto Him) who relied, trusted on Allah's instruction and yielded surprise, history and emulation until now. We must imbibe trust, faith and loyalty to Almighty Allah for continued inflow of his presence, and touch on every sector of the society.", he said. 

While felicilitating Muslim Ummah, particularly members and leaders of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local Government, called for more co-operation and prayers for the administration and leadership of Egbeda/Ona-Ara Federal Constituency, and Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Hon. Akin Alabi, Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Dr. Yunus Akintunde, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his cabinet for an improved democratic performance .

In the same vein, the Avant Garde Support Group of the All Progressives' Congress in Egbeda Local Government has congratulated Muslim faithful across the local government, Oyo State and Nigeria for another Eid-El Kabir.

In a statement jointly signed by its Chairman, Tayo Olatunji and Deputy Leader on Media and Human Relations, Rasaq Akinrinade, applauded the Muslim faithful for their consistent prayers and trust in Allah's precepts.

The support group credited the selfless delivery of elected leaders of the Constitueny, particularly Hon. Akin Alabi, Dr. Yunus Akintunde who daily put smiles on the constituents through various facilitations including roads, empowerment, holistic legislative representations, among others.

The Avant Garde lauded the admiring virtues in APC leaders including Comrade Olawale  Olaleye, Hon. Biliaminu Ogundele, DG Akin Alabi Campaign Organization, Hon. Debo Amoo, Hon. Kunle Olatunji, Hon. Murewa Adeboje, Suraju Busari, Hon. Ali Saheed, Hon. Adeola Akeweje, among others, describing it an image of selflessness for peace and progress of the Party, and must must be emulated by every member, especially the youths for a better united society.
