The Avant Garde Support Group of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local Government Area of Oyo State has commenced its courtesy call schedule to key leaders of the Party in the area.

The support group met the Local Government Party Chairman, Comrade Olawale Olaleye and one of the major leaders, Hon. Murewa Adeboje on Sunday at their respective residences.

Speaking, the Egbeda Local Government Party Chairman, Comrade Olawale Olaleye credited the unwavering support of the group since 2023, calling the leadership of the group to remain dedicated, focused, and loyal.

Olaleye noted that the activities of the group have been well noted beyond the eleven (11) wards of the local government, calling the support group to commence mass voter education, and mobilization ahead of the 2027 political dispensation as this will enable wider democratic delivery to the people at the grassroots, and particularly every dedicated member of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda, Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.

" Since your mandate lies on presenting the party across the country, never relax, nor give room for pollution. You are for everybody, not anybody"

" Mind you, this is the time for you to begin voters education and mobilization at your respective wards, zones and communities. Preach the gospel of democracy that the All Progressives Congress is widely known for. You are going to enjoy the party, when you are dedicated, focused and loyal", he said. 

In the same vein, a leader of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local Government Area and Ikolaba of Ibadanland, Hon. Murewa Adeboje appreciated the group for its consistency and widely recognition through its activities.

The Ikolaba of Ibadanland said the group enjoys the support of the Party because it remains within the precepts and unbiased performances since formation.

 He said the group should remain loyal and dedicated, assuring of improved welfare and mentoring of the group for a progressive stance.

 "Let no one deceive you, your activities are widely recognized. Hon. Akin Alabi, the entire party leaders are aware of your unbiased delivery. Keep it up. If little is reaching you before more should be expected henceforth. There is no gainsaying, if there is an opportunity for leadership filling, you will be considered. However, loyalty and dedication must be made a priority. ", he said. 

Earlier, Chairman, Avant Garde, Tayo Olatunji, Public Relations Officer, APC Avant Garde, Kabiru Isiaka, Strategy, Media and Publicity Head, Olawale Kunle, and Avant Garde Liaison Officer, Sulaimon Lawal, on behalf of others appreciated the leaders for their unshaking supports, pledged more loyalty and working with the party leaders and candidates, non-negotiably.

On the visit included APC Avant Garde secretary, Oluwafemi Ogundiran, Women leaders, Rachael Fisayo, Hannah Omowumi, Youth Leader, Emmanuel Akintoye, among others.
