The turbaning ceremony for Alhaji Kazeem Ademola Alimi as the Alaranse Adinni of Oke-Aremo and Environs was held with great fanfare on Sunday in Ibadan.
 The event was attended by prominent figures, including the Chief Imam of Ibadanland, Sheikh Abdul-Ganiyat Abubakr Agbotomokekere, and other dignitaries.


The ceremony was graced by the presence of notable individuals, including Hon. Folajinmi Oyekunle Sunday, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Executive Governor of Oyo State; Hon. Comforter Olufunke Olajide, Member, Oyo State House of Assembly; and Hon. Ademola Kamil Omotoso, Chairman, Oyo State Housing Corporation.
Alhaji Kazeem Ademola Alimi expressed his profound gratitude to the Chief Imam, the Planning Committee, and all attendees for their support and presence at the ceremony. 
The newly turbanned specifically thanked his friend and confidant, Prince Babatunde Balogun, Chairman/CEO of Prince 89.7FM Radio, for his presence and support.

The ceremony was also attended by other notable figures, including Chief Taofik Aremu Bankole, President, Association of Nigerian Barbers (Oyo State Chapter); Comrade Mustapha Ademuyiwa, Vice Chairman PDP Ibadan North LG; and Associate Professor Bashiru Akande Lasisi, President, Ibadan Best Icon Affiliate Club of the CCII.
"I am profoundly grateful to the Chief Imam of Ibadanland, Sheikh Abdul-Ganiyat Abubakr Agbotomokekere, the Grand Patron of Oyo State, and the Grand Patron of the League of Imams and Alfas of Yorubaland, Edo, and Delta States, for his dignified presence and spiritual guidance at the event.

Special appreciation also goes to our Guest Lecturer, Al-Imam Elesin Meta, the Chief Imam of IAR&T, and to Imam Abdukabir Abdulsalam Alaga, as well as Imam Alfa Agba of Alaga Mosque.
