A support group of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local Government Area of Oyo State, Avant Garde, has described senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Sen. Yunus Akintunde an angel of light.

In a birthday message for Senator Yunus Akintunde, made jointly  available by chairman of the group, Tayo Olatunji and Deputy secretary III, Comrade Lawal Sulaiman on Thursday, Avant Garde noted that the representation of the Lawmaker was greatly felt across the eleven local councils of the Senatorial District.

The representation which included performative legislations and transversal empowerment for both young, old and sexes are part of the development recorded in the Oyo Central Senatorial District.

The Avant Garde, believed his representation will remake the destiny of the district positively well beyond 2027.

" Senator Yunus Akintunde is an angel of light. He is experienced, intelligent and futuristic all which have helped Oyo Senatorial District move forward in terms of good legislations, representations and empowerment, making it unprecedented. We pray God Almighty bless your day and give sound health.", the statement added.

The APC Support group while congratulating its district senator for adding new age, prayed God increase his health, wealth and wisdom for more better life.

Recall,  Dr. Yunus Akintunde is a renowned businessman, public
servant, politician, lecturer and philanthropist who was born on March 6,1962 in Onikanko Compound, Pakoyi, Oyo town. 

He has attended Ansar-ud-deen Model Primary School , Balogun Oyo; Oranyan Grammar School Oyo; The Polytechnic, Ibadan and the Lagos State University and more recently, he completed two other degrees at the prestigious University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria.

He is a holder plenty of academic qualifications which have equipped him with a wealth of knowledge across multiple disciplines including Ordinary National Diploma Physics (with Electronics), Bsc. Physics, Masters of Public Administration, MSc.  Energy Studies and a Doctorate Degree in Energy Studies.

Meanwhile, the Support group also credited the credible leaders and liaison officers in Egbeda, Oluyole, Ona-Ara, other local councils of the district including Hon. Akin Alabi, Hon. Biliaminu Ogundele, Comrade Olawale Olaleye, Murewa Adeboje, Kunle Olatunji,Hon. Taoreed Akande, among others urged Senator Yunus Akintunde to meet with the support group for more engagement.
