Jericho Chief Nursing Officer's daughter, Deborah Odutola bags first class in Public Health.

The first child of the Jericho Specialist Hospital's Chief Nursing Officer, Mrs Hannah Oyetayo Odutola has graduated with first class in Public Health.
The daughter, Deborah Rereloluwa Odutola was part of the 2,012 graduands at the 17th LeadeCity University Ibadan Convocation held at Adeline Hall of the University on Monday.
Deborah Odutola who graduated with a cumulative grade point CGP of 4.52 described the academic feat a historic landmark in her family.
The class of 2024 graduand of Lead City University, Ibadan, said the achievement was divine, attributing the success to her up and doing parents who never ceased instilling in her hardwork, dedication and focus.
In her brief media chat, Deborah commended her lecturers and project supervisor for encouragement and scolding in due time, promising to forge ahead for successes ahead.
" My feat is a historic landmark in my family. I cannot underestimate my parents' input, lecturers and project supervisor, the head of local government Itesiwaju local government, Mrs Omojola Oyefunke Oladiran, Mr & Mrs Olusesan Okunade.
And my siblings, too as only through them, I can be called a graduate. I owe you all appreciations", she said.
The newly graduated Public Health student called other aspiring students to remain focused, poised for success irrespective of challenges on their way, adding that only through focus, resilience, and hardwork, success can be attained.
Recall, the Chancellor of the LeadCity University, Ibadan, Professor Gabriel Ogunmola charged the graduates to advance leadership through innovation and technologies for an impactful society.
Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Kabiru Adeyemo while commending the graduands, said the University had been approved for open distance learning (ODL) programmes as to afford the students on distance to access education flexibly affordably, among other achievement of the University ahead of the 2024/2025 Academic Session.
