Continue your balanced reportage - Imam Yunus to Governor's Reporters

The Imam of Ogbomosholand, Sheik Yunus Olusina Teliat Ayilara II has advised the Oyo State Governor's Press Crew to continue its balanced reportage.

The advice came during a courtesy visit to the Governor's Press Centre, Secretariat, Agodi, Ibadan on Thursday.

Imam of Ogbomosholand noted that democracy lies on checks and balances, adding that the effort of pressmen cannot be underestimated in that regard.

Sheik Yunus while commending various brilliant reportage of Governor's Press Crew which has undoubtedly made the state citizen acquainted with the outstanding performances of the Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde across the geo-political zones of the ste, Nigeria and the entire world, the popular cleric charged the pressmen to maintain balance reportage for Peace, progress and stability in the country.

Earlier, Chairman, Yinka Adeniran Governor's Press Crew, and The Nations Correspondent , represented by his Vice-chairman and BCOS Correspondent, Alhaji Olamilekan Sulaiman, described the cleric most humble personality ever met.

" We met during the recent 2024Hajj Pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia, Imam Yunus Olusina Olabode was a figure of Peace, humility and emulation. We greatly appreciate your visit to us", he said.

A 32FM's Governor's Correspondent, Lanre Ogundele also prayed in Christianity manner wishing the cleric successful leadership.

 The session ended with pleasantries and photo sessions.
