No Egbeda APC Ward Chairman involved in incest : APC reacts

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local Government of Oyo State has reacted against a viral news saying its member and ward chairman is a philanderer, saying the accused does not have any affiliation with the party.

In a statement made available to newsmen on Tuesday, the chairman of the Party in Egbeda, Comrade Olawale Olaleye noted that the party does not move to defend the accused, rather clearing the party off the accusation. 

The statement added that the alleged APC Ward Chairman was never a member of the party as claimed, adding that there should be a thorough investigation before any medium would report to avoid unfounded discredibility.

The statement personally signed by the chairman of the party in Egbeda maintained that all ward chairmen in the area are discipline, responsible, future centric and will never do anything against the development of the great party All Progresssive Congress in Egbeda, Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.

" You can see the performance of our party in the country towards reviving the economy through total revitalisation of the aged dead Portharcourt Refinery, institution of student loan, local government autonomy, consistent stability of security among others. Why should one wake up to soil such brilliant name relating to a faceless personality as a member and a ward chairman. It is uncalled for "

The Party urged the investigative newsmen to declare the identity of the parties involved rather than attaching to the ruling party in the country for reality.

" Rather than making the granddaughter of the alleged member of the APC party man in Egbeda faceless,disclose all parties involved and separate our Great Party from such a social mess. We do not know the accused APC Ward Chairman", the statement concluded.
