Makinde'aide, Ibikunle bags Fellowship Award

The special Assistant to  Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde on Interfaith, Rev. Dr. Femi Ibikunle has been inducted a fellow of Eccoerite Institute For Peace Advancement.

The induction held at the 10th Leadership Summit/ Induction/ Honorary Doctorate Degree Award Ceremony at the Balogun Subomi Hall, University of Ibadan on Saturday.

Speaking, the President, Ecolerite Institute For Peace Advancement, Dr. Akande Kazeem Babatunde noted that the award reiterated the commitment of the institute to the peace building in Nigeria.

The African Peace Ambassador called the awardees to make peace building a priority for more health socio-economic progress of the Nigerian society, through accepting and tolerating other values, religion, culture and views in their respective capacities while political administrators continue to provide needed social amenities.


In his reaction, the newly inducted fellow of Eccolerite Institute For Peace Advancement and special Assistant to Oyo State Governor on Interfaith, Rev. Dr. Femi Ibikunle, who commended the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde for giving room for every religion to thrive, thus, enabling peaceful co-existence in the state, promised more performance in his capacity towards fostering peace and culture in Oyo State, while he dedicated the award to the governor of the State, Seyi Makinde.

Earlier, the Guest Speaker and Business Administration Scholar, Dr. Sunday Ogbaji, FCIMN, while speaking on the theme', Creativity and Innovation: Panacea for Improved Corporate Performance", reiterated the need for every Nigerian irrespective of class, or status, especially the working class, to recognize creativity and innovation which could greatly impact productivity and improve business competitions in Nigeria, Africa and the entire world.


The event featured Doctorate Degree conferment to chairman, Ekiti State Development Sports Fund, Tokunbor Ajila- Jakande, among others.
