Breaking: APC Oyo South Senator, Sarafa Alli loses another ally, Bayo Makinde to Peoples' Democratic Party

The Oyo South Senatorial District Senator, Sarafa Alli has again lost one other ally, Bayo Makinde to the People's Democratic Party.

The news of Bayo Makinde's heartbreaking defection from the All Progressive's Congress to the People's Democratic Party is coming three weeks after a mega defection of hundreds of thousands of members of the APC and ADC in the Ibadan North Local Government area of Oyo State which included Sarafa Alli's close ally, Hon. Kazeem Alimi, among others.

Speaking briefly with newsmen on Saturday evening in Ibadan, Bayo Makinde noted that the administration of Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has impacted his decision to return to PDP, including friendlier socio-economic policies formulated which have undoubtedly have improvement on education, health, security, and economy.

Bayo Makinde expressed his regrets over his political followership with Senator Sarafa Alli who has in no  time influenced his political intents for a period of thirty (30) years.

Appreciating former Sarafa Alli's aide,  Hon. Kazeem Alimi, whom he described as a searchlight to the People's Democratic Party, stressed that his first day as a PDP returnee has begun to reposition his image and oil his political destiny in Ibadan North Local Government Area of Oyo State, and the country at large.

" I regret my political followérship with Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli for good solid 30 years. No good thing, can I point out. What a ridiculous journey ever!", he said.

Meanwhile,  the PDP new birth has called other APC suffering members to return to the state PDP for solace, urging members of the Ibadan North PDP to brace up ahead of the forthcoming re-run election in replacement of former federal Honourable House of Representatives, Late Hon. Musiliudeen Olaide Akinremi ' Jagaban' who recently passed on, saying only through the People Democratic Party, PDP,  members  and citizens of Oyo State can enjoy due dividends of democracy.
